===== Preparing the RIS file =====

A RIS file with publications descriptions is a text file. Its structure is described in {{notes:pub:pdf:direct_export_ris.pdf|Direct Export RIS}}. The fields for different types of publications are specified in {{notes:pub:pdf:en_ris_documentation.xls|EN RIS documentation}}.
