Because the WJ network is essentially a partition, the network JJ = WJ^T * WJ contains only loops with a number of papers as the weight.

To get associations between journals we can use a derived network such as JAJ = WJ^T * WA * WA^T * WJ (or some its normalized variant). Still working on theory.
