Hi,
depending on what you are looking for there is a App called: https://apps.facebook.com/namegenweb/ (by the University of Oxford)
You can download your network including your friends and some of the attributes. Please note that facebook does not allow you to get over your network (friends of friends) except this are also your friends.
You can download different formats. I created a formater for GRAPHML to Pajek .NET and .CLU files: https://github.com/RobertMeusel/FBGraphML2Pajek
