Accommodation and transportation
Ljubljana Airport timetable.
A cheap option (currently 9 Euro) for transportation Airport-Ljubljana is provided by GoOpti and Markun. The van station is across the road from the airport building exit (approx. 20m).
The participants are supposed to arrange their accommodation by themselves.
Most of hotels and restaurants are located in the city Center.
Special prices for workshop participants in some hotels.
There are several city bus lines (6, 8, 11, 13, 20) to the bus stations Mercator (lines 6, 8 and 11) and Kardeljeva ploščad (lines 13 and 20) close to the Faculty of Economics. All of them stop at Bavarski dvor. Lines 6 and 11 go through the Center - station Pošta. To use city buses you need the Urbana card. For details see section Get around in Wikitravel: Ljubljana.
Instead of Urbana card you can use on Android phones a mobile application Urbana available at Google play.
An alternative option is to use a bike.
