If you wish to participate at the SDA workshop please complete and submit the Registration Form.
For registered participants the meals are included in the registration fee. For accompanying persons the price for the Monday dinner is 35 €, and for the Tuesday dinner is 25 €.
You can register by filling the Registration form (text file). Send the filled form by e-mail to simona.cerne@ef.uni-lj.si. Deadline for registration is June 10, 2017.
If you intend to present a talk at the SDA workshop you have to submit an abstract using the Abstract submission form not later than April 22, 2017 (extended). Acceptance notification will be sent till May 10, 2017.
Registration fee
All participants have to pay the workshop fee in the amount of 150 € (190 € after May 31, 2017) that covers 3 lunches, 2 dinners, coffee-breaks and the Program and abstracts book. Menu for the Monday dinner, Menu for the Tuesday dinner.
Upon their arrival participants will get the book of abstracts and the detailed workshop program. Presentations will be included in the program only if the registration fee for presenting author is paid before June 1.
Only the abstracts of presented papers will be included in the final version of the Book of Abstracts which will be available on the workshop web site.
Participants will receive the originally signed and stamped proof of payment and the certificate of attendance by the end of the workshop at the registration desk. They need to inform organizers in advance, in their registration form, if they need a receipt with VAT number or/and with the address different from the one on the registration form.
Cancellation and refund: Registration fee (minus 30 € for administrative expenses) is refunded if participation is cancelled prior to June 5. For cancellations after that date, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
