Report should be a formatted text file (Word, LaTeX, notebook, …) exported as a PDF containing text, pictures, and essential parts of code and results. Data files and programs are included as separate files in the ZIP.
Report should contain also:
university, program, course
the title
the name of the author
creation date / the last change date
short formulation of the task
links to external sources
references to the used literature
