Good evening!
I am one of the students of MASNA (HSE) group.
Attached ZIP for Intro to Network course homework.

The same basic comment holds also for your Rnet projects.
write a complete report … for each project.
project 1: see 1.
project 2: the project requires … at least 500 labeled nodes … - your nodes are not labeled (have meaningful names) - but let's assume that they have labels v1, v2, … : you could compute also closeness and list first 20 with the largest values; the first 20 nodes are not very interesting - try to find the largest cores or islands for triangular (3-ring) weights; strong graph → (strongly) connected graph ?
project 3: you made only very simple overall analyses. More is expected. In cases when a distributions look like yours we usually take one or both axes logarithmic. Try to identify the most important/active (groups) of people. Again, a network with labels (names) is required. Your version of Enron data has no labels. There exist versions with labels - see
Enron data. There are several papers written about Enron data. Try to check/reproduce some results from them. See for example:
A,
B,
C,
D,
E,
F,
G and many others.
